Terms of Service

1. The service and who can use it

Gabo365 provides a streaming service for personal, non-commercial use. You must be at least 18 years old to buy a plan.

• Your plan sets how many devices can stream at the same time. You may install the app on more devices than that.
• Rebroadcasting, reselling or redistributing the service is not allowed.
• A steady internet connection is needed; about 20 Mbps or more per screen for 4K.

2. Free trials

The free 24-hour trial is limited to one per person. Trials need an email address from a recognised email provider.

We may decline or end a trial that looks like an attempt to claim more than one, for example through repeated or disposable email addresses.

3. Payments, activation and renewals

Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay, and each plan is paid once, up front. Nothing renews automatically.

Your plan is activated once payment is confirmed, and your login details appear in your dashboard. When you renew, the new time is added to the same line, so your login stays the same.

We may change prices for future purchases. A change never affects a plan you have already paid for.

4. What you may not do

Breaking these rules can lead to suspension of your account without a refund:

• Re-streaming the service to other platforms or websites.
• Sharing your login beyond the number of devices your plan covers.
• Trying to get around the service’s security or access controls.
• Using automated tools to scrape or download content.

5. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running smoothly, but it is provided as it is. The channel line-up and on-demand library can change over time.

Gabo365 is not responsible for interruptions caused by things outside our control, such as problems with your internet provider, maintenance, or your own equipment.

6. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Changes and your responsibilities

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service means you accept it.

Gabo365 is a technology provider. You are responsible for following the rules that apply where you live when you use the service.
